A leading African insurer wanted to explore the potential of generative AI to improve how it supports customers on their financial journeys. Praelexis developed a custom chatbot powered by a Large Language Model (LLM), enriched with a vector store populated with trusted financial documents. This context-aware system ensures users get timely and relevant answers, even enabling basic credit calculations.
