To address this, they proposed utilising a Large Language Model (LLM) to transform the data and generate detailed reports, fitting their current process and format.

The manual reporting process for competitor analysis was time-consuming and inefficient. The client needed a solution to accelerate the process of comparing and analysing public information regarding their competitors.

Praelexis used a tool to turn scanned newspaper articles into digital files. These files were then organised into a format suitable for creating reports using an advanced language model. The organised data was used to create detailed reports, with summaries generated by asking the language model specific questions. The entire process was automated to ensure smooth and efficient data handling.
